Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager who can oversee daily operations across multiple locations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between our retail teams. The ideal candidate is confident in English communication, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is eager to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

 • Manage and coordinate perfume sales operations across several store locations

 • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets

 • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

 • Monitor inventory, daily sales, and team performance reports

 • Represent the Liberty Perfume brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

 • Previous experience in retail management or sales (preferably)

 • Excellent communication and leadership skills

 • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

 • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 • Passion for customer experience
