Live Chat Support Agent

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll help freight brokers get the most out of SwiftConfirm.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat.

Guide users through platform features and workflows.

Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.

Escalate complex issues to engineering when needed.

Document customer feedback and identify recurring issues.

Deliver an exceptional customer support experience.

Qualifications

Excellent written English communication skills.

Customer service or SaaS support experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn new software quickly.

Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage is a strong advantage.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Help us build a secure, scalable, and highly available platform that freight brokers can rely on 24/7.

Responsibilities

Monitor system health, uptime, and performance.

Improve reliability, scalability, and security.

Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments.

Automate operational processes and incident response.

Work closely with development teams to improve system resilience.

Participate in on-call rotations when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.

Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
