Imtrex Inc., a well established company based in Fair Lawn, NJ, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the President while also supporting daily office operations and customer-facing activities.

This is not just an administrative role — this is a right-hand position. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

• Serve as primary support to the President

• Manage calendar, scheduling, meetings, and correspondence

• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documents

• Create and maintain spreadsheets, financial summaries, and tracking reports

• Assist with project coordination and follow-ups

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Office & Customer Support

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries

• Provide high-level customer service support

• Assist with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams on daily operational matters

• Maintain office organization and workflow efficiency

Project & Operations Support

• Assist with new initiatives and company projects

• Conduct research and gather data for decision-making

• Analyze information using Excel and present findings clearly

• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
