Position: Retail Sales Associate. 

Location: Newport Centre Mall, Jersey City, NJ 

Salary: Hourly + Commission (Mostly commission)  

Potential Salary: $15/hour - $30/hour

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 11am-8pm

Friday-Saturday: 11am-9pm

Sunday: 11am-7pm

Total: 64 Hours

Availability: At least 5 days, preferably 6 days a week; open to close. Friday, Saturday and Sunday a must.

Responsibilities: 

* Assist customers in finding the perfect fragrance to suit their preferences and style.

* Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.

* Maintain a neat and inviting store environment.

* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

*Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

* Intermediate English is a must. Fluent English is a huge plus. 

* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

* Passion for perfumes and an understanding of fragrance families.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Enthusiastic and team-oriented.

* Coachable.
