DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain outstanding and professional customer service by offering assistance in product knowledge, polite and attentive.
· Actively promote to our customers; our sales, new products or suggest additional products.
· Cooperate and work well with other employees as part of our team.
· Other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the manager/supervisor.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
· Makes phone calls to potential new customers and introduces our company and products.
· Help account managers to maintain online marketplaces.
· Call customers/vendors and follow up on RMA statuses.
· Make sure that daily orders are fully carried out and shipped out on time.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally.
· Must have good organization skills and attention to detail.
· Fluent in English and Turkish
Job Type: Full-time
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Typical start time: 8:30 AM
Typical end time: 6 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Based on experience and portfolio salary will be determined.
