Construction Firm looking for a full time Administrative Assistant and book keeper.
We are conveniently located in Long Island City, Queens that is only 10 minutes from Grand Central Station.
Answering phones and emails
Follow up order status, job invoicing, collect balance (AR)
Follow up purchase orders, making payments based on PO
Reconcile and balance accounts on a weekly basis; keep good organization for file cabinets
Basic skill and Qualify request:
Familiar with Excel and QuickBooks, good with math
Perfect organization and filing skill ( scan by electronic filling as well )
BS degree, with 3 to 5 year experience
Short commute prefer
